We do not accept insurance for couples sessions or family therapy; those sessions are billed at $150 per hour:

FEES

Initial assessment (60 minutes) - $170

Individual therapy (60 minutes) - $150

Individual therapy (45 minutes) - $130

EMDR/BrainSpotting intensives (120 minutes) - $300

PAYMENT PROCEDURES & POLICIES

PTR strongly believes in accepting all of the major insurance carriers possible as a way of expanding access to quality mental health treatment.

Clients are expected to complete their insurance portal forms before their initial appointment to ensure our ability to verify benefits prior to the first appointment.

Partnership for Trauma Recovery requires a valid credit card to be kept on file for the duration of services. Client will be charged for the expected copay/deductible amount.

If a client provides insurance information that is not accurate (policy has expired, is not valid, etc.), the client will be responsible for the full cost of the services provided in the time that was not covered by insurance.
